Trials, Refunds & Cooling-Off

Client Content & AI Outputs
Clients retain ownership of their data and content

9. No Resale of Services
You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute ShineFlow AI services without our prior written consent.
10. Suspension & Termination by ShineFlow AI
We reserve the right to:
Suspend accounts for misuse or non-payment
Terminate access immediately for serious breaches
Modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
11. Termination by Client
Clients may terminate services:
At the end of the current billing cycle
By providing notice before the next billing date
Fees already paid are non-refundable.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the previous billing period
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

15. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
Parties agree to attempt informal resolution first
If unresolved, disputes will proceed to mediation in Queensland
Court proceedings may only be commenced where mediation fails
