5. Payment Terms

An ongoing monthly subscription fee
All fees are communicated prior to commencement of services.
Billing
Billing occurs on a monthly basis
Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed
Trials, Refunds & Cooling-Off
Free trials: May be offered at our discretion
Refunds: Not offered
Cooling-off period: Available where required under applicable law
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Client Content & AI Outputs
Clients retain ownership of their data and content
Clients own AI-generated outputs produced for them
ShineFlow AI may use anonymised and aggregated data to improve services
9. No Resale of Services
You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute ShineFlow AI services without our prior written consent.
10. Suspension & Termination by ShineFlow AI
We reserve the right to:
Suspend accounts for misuse or non-payment
Terminate access immediately for serious breaches
Modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
11. Termination by Client
Clients may terminate services:
At the end of the current billing cycle
By providing notice before the next billing date
Fees already paid are non-refundable.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the previous billing period
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

Your reliance on AI-generated outputs
Your breach of these Terms
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
Parties agree to attempt informal resolution first
If unresolved, disputes will proceed to mediation in Queensland
Court proceedings may only be commenced where mediation fails
